Pooch Plunge

Thank you for joining the Cupertino Parks and Recreation Department for the 2023 Pooch Plunge. We look forward to seeing you and your family at next year's event.

2024 Pooch Plunge registration will open in July 2024. 

Event Rules

  • Two dogs per handler
  • Humans are not allowed in the water
  • Aggressive dogs will be asked to leave and will not be refunded
  • Owners may not physically force their dogs into the water
  • All dogs must be up to date on vaccinations
  • Lifeguards on duty, dogs swim at owner's risk

Past Event Recaps

The 5th annual Pooch Plunge took place on Saturday, September 10, 2022. Nearly 200 dogs and their owners attended last year's event. Dogs swam in Blackberry Farm's two pools, met new pooch pals in the grassy area, and played with the agility and dog toys provided.
