City Work Program

The City of Cupertino's Work Program guides some of the major efforts of the City for the upcoming fiscal year. The City Work Program ensures that staff efforts are aligned with the goals set by the Mayor and City Council, and thus, the community. This approach keeps the City transparent and holds us accountable to focusing resources on strategies that best serve our community’s needs and aspirations.

FY 2023-2025 City Work Program

On April 4, 2023, the City Council approved the FY 2023-2025 City Work Program, which included a total of 24 projects. As part of the City’s budget reduction strategy, the City Council approved funding for 15 of the 24 projects for FY 2023-2024. The remaining nine projects will be considered for funding next year. Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Goals Survey

The City reached out to ask our community members what goals the City Council should consider for the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 City Work Program. The survey has now closed and results are being organized and prepared for Council consideration in March. To learn more, visit engagecupertino.org/cityworkprogram.
