Records Search

Many of the City's records are available online including agenda packets, minutes, resolutions, ordinances, budget documents, building permits, etc. and are stored in the Digital Archives. You can also submit Public Records Act Requests using the Online Public Records Portal. View City of Cupertino's Record Retention Schedule(PDF, 211KB).

Ordinances which apply City-wide are divided into chapters and compiled into the Cupertino Municipal Code which is available on the American Legal website.

Agendas & Minutes include the City Council and Planning Commission, as well as Parks and Recreation and other commission/committee meetings.
