Administrative Hearing/Meeting

The Hearing Officer for Administrative Hearings (AH) is the Director of Community Development or his/her designee.

The Municipal Code outlines the types of projects that may be heard by the Assistant Director of Community Development.

Meetings are held on an as needed basis usually on the fourth Thursday of every other month (January, March, May, July, September, November) at 5:00 pm, in Conference Room C at City Hall.

Decisions made by the Hearing Officer are final unless appealed to the Planning Commission.
