Each year the City of Cupertino presents the CREST Awards (Cupertino Recognizes Extra Steps Taken) to honor the outstanding contributions of its community members. The City of Cupertino is currently accepting nominations for the 2024 CREST Awards. See below for more details.

Submitting an Application

Award criteria and nomination requirements are detailed blow. Please be as detailed as possible. Attachments can be uploaded on the next page. Applications are due by Sunday, March 10, 2024. Incomplete nominations will not be accepted. Current Cupertino City Councilmembers, Commissioners, and staff members cannot be nominated. Selection Committee Members cannot make nominations.
