Project Description:

Target is proposing to remodel the existing store and associated site amenities, including restriping parking stalls, constructing a curbside pick-up area, outdoor plaza areas with murals and benched seating, and landscaping. The existing store size of 129,650 gross square feet will not increase. Due to a reconfiguration of parking spaces and general site plan improvements, approximately 43 trees within the property will be removed and replaced in accordance with the landscape standards in the Heart of the City Specific Plan.
