Posted below is the Final Civic Center Master Plan document inclusive of the Council direction for the plan given at the July 7, 2015 council meeting.

Council approved the Civic Center Master Plan and adopted the Mitigated Negative Declaration. The approved master plan, appendix, and Mitigated Negative Declaration are posted below.

Council Consideration of the Project
